WHAT’S HAPPENING AT ST. TIM’S?

  • THANK YOU!: A special thank you to all who attended our Annual Vestry Meeting in person and online this past Sunday. Considering the weather, we were astounded by how many were still in church. It was a very good and successful meeting and we are appreciative of the new leaders who are joining us, and the motions that were passed unanimously!

  • COMMISSIONING SERVICE: All newly elected lay leaders and wardens will be commissioned for their new roles during the 10 am service on Sunday, March 2nd. All lay leaders who are stepping down from their roles are also invited to come forward as we give thanks for their ministry and bless them as they take on new roles.

  • ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE: The season of Lent begins with a meditative service of Holy Eucharist with the Imposition of Ashes on Wednesday, March 5th at NOON (12 pm.) Everyone is welcome.

  • #LiveLent: God’s Story, Our Story: Join us Sundays during Lent at 9:15 am (between services) in the Bonis Room, beginning March 9th, for a small group discussion using a new Lenten resource from the Dean of Toronto. Each Sunday, we’ll enjoy some scones and orange juice while we share God’s Story and ours.

  • SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE DINNER! Join us for pancakes and fun on Tuesday, March 4th, as we have one last hurrah before Lent begins. Save the date! More details to come. This is a great event to invite your friends and neighbours to. Want to help volunteer? Contact the office for more information.

  • TAX RECEIPTS 2024:: Available for pickup at St Timothy's for 3 weeks (Feb23; Mar 02 & 09)  Remaining receipts will  be mailed the week of Mar 10/25 - Penny Laity/Envelope Secretary
