WHAT’S HAPPENING AT ST. TIM’S?

  • HEALING SUNDAY: Anointing and healing prayer will be available to you this Sunday at the 10 am service. All are welcome to receive!
  • CORPORATION MEETING: Wednesday, April 9th @ 4:30 pm (if you have any concerns, suggestions or ideas, please let the wardens know in advance of this meeting.)
  • #LiveLent: God’s Story, Our Story: Join us Sundays during Lent at 9:15 am (between services) in the Bonis Room, for a small group discussion using the #Live Lent resource from the Dean of Toronto. Each Sunday, we’ll enjoy some scones and orange juice while we share God’s Story and ours.
  • PALM FOLDING: This will take place on Tuesday, April 8 in Walker Hall at 10AM.
  • PALM SUNDAY: Join the palm procession on Sunday, April 13th and celebrate our Lord’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Services at 8 am & 10 am
  • HOLY TUESDAY: Blessing of Oils and Renewal of Clergy Vows at St. James’ Cathedral @ 10:30 am
  • MAUNDY THURSDAY: Join us at 7 pm, April 17th as we begin the journey of the triduum (the three-day period in the Christian liturgical year that begins on the evening of Holy Thursday and concludes with the Celebration of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday, commemorating the Passion, Crucifixion, Death, burial, and Resurrection of Jesus.) Maundy Thursday commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus Christ with his disciples, including the washing of feet and celebration of the Eucharist. This service is offered in-person only.
  • GOOD FRIDAY: Join us on April 18th at 11 am as we commemorate the crucifixion and death of our Lord Jesus Christ as part of the Paschal Triduum.
  • IGNITE FAMILY STATIONS OF THE CROSS: Join us at the Church of the Holy Wisdom (776 Brimley Road) at 3 pm for our Journey with Jesus through the events of Holy Week.
  • HOLY SATURDAY VIGIL: Join us on April 19th at 7 pm for a quiet, contemplative service of evening vespers to sit, wait and watch for our Lord.
  • EASTER SUNDAY: Join us for the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus on Sunday, April 20th at 8 am & 10 am! The Lenten journey comes to an end and we celebrate new life with our Lord Christ. All are welcome!
